How long does shipping take?
Each Sway is made to order. Batch 4 units are expected to ship November to December 2026, then travel by tracked courier.
Which countries do you ship to?
More than 35, across Asia, Europe, Oceania and the Americas. Enter your address at checkout to see the rate for your country.
Do items come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Sway has a 180-day warranty from delivery. Faulty units are repaired or replaced and we pay the shipping.
What are the return and refund policies?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a Sway for a refund. The full terms are in the return policy.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose the instalment option for the same Sway, warranty and software.
Is the $25 reservation refundable?
